Ariel and Matt tied the knot with a beautiful Marty Leonard Chapel wedding ceremony and intimate wedding reception at Matt’s parent’s home. It was such a treat to photograph for a group of friends we’ve already worked with in the past (see Evelyn and Mike’s Perot Museum Wedding here). So when Ariel reached out about us photographing her and Matt’s wedding, I was beyond excited! They kept it simple and intimate with 60 guests in attendance but were sure to make plenty of time for portraits. The ceremony was accompanied by a pianist, and they were announced down the aisle with the theme from “Up” playing – Nick liked it so much he came home and figured it out on the piano while I was backing up their files! Their reception was laid back with a brunch theme – who doesn’t love a brunch wedding? They served sweet and savory crepes from Whisk&Eggs, and you know Nick and I got down with those!
I hope you enjoy their wedding day preview photos as much as we loved taking them.
Ariel and Matt, it was an absolute honor to photograph your simply perfect wedding day!
Beautiful photos, the bride and groom look so happy.
Thank you!! It was a truly joyful day :)
